Playground arm circuit: 20 dips, 20 pull ups, 20 sec burpees. Repeato
Push ups on curb
High knees to end of basketball courts
Jog to parking lot
Abs: 20 ab twists, 20 in and outs, 10 Homer to Marge, 20 sec side plank reach through left, 20 sec side plank reach through right. Repeato
Stretch legs and arms
